ZAFFERANO

Zafferano Company was founded in 2001 by the creative idea of the Venetian designer Federico de Majo who designs collections of glasses, jugs, cake stands and objects in glass for the table. The designer de Majo wanted to create an all-Italian brand, showing the features of the “Bel Paese”, Italy: design, wine production and haute cuisine. Zafferano Company aims to create real artworks for the table, suitable for restaurants and for the intimate environments of your home. Its success is due to the use of particular materials such as borosilicate glass and lead glass, choices very often in contrast with the required standard, but technically of high quality. Most of the collections of Zafferano brand have a fundamental characteristic: the glass is hand-blown just like it used to be. Zafferano products come from the combination of a strong knowledge of glass processing and a project culture; skills gained by the founder Federico de Majo over the years. In support of the originality and uniqueness of each product, Zafferano hallmark is engraved on the bottom.
